Our driver standards
- A valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle and service, with a safe driving record.
- Reliable attendance, punctual pickups and clear, courteous communication.
- Professional presentation, respect for passenger privacy and a calm, service-focused approach.
- A smartphone with reliable service and confidence using navigation and trip-management tools.
- Current vehicle registration, appropriate passenger-transportation insurance and any required permits before accepting trips.
- Willingness to complete an interview, vehicle review, driving-record review and role-appropriate screening. Any background screening will use a separate consent process.
- Ability to follow passenger-safety procedures, including seat belts and any required child restraints. School routes require additional approval and training before assignment.
A clean vehicle is required.
Your vehicle must be clean inside and out, smoke-free, odor-free and free of clutter before every pickup. Seats, windows and passenger areas should be presentable and ready for guests.
Keep the vehicle well maintained, with working seat belts, air conditioning, lights, tires and brakes. Vehicle condition, passenger capacity and suitability are reviewed before approval.
Applications are reviewed as opportunities become available. Vehicle approval and completion of onboarding are required before driving. Submitting an application does not guarantee an offer or trip assignment.
