Tell us what you need, from a first trip inquiry to a school pickup change. We will review your request and contact you to confirm the details, availability and any fare.

Fields marked * are required. A request is not a confirmed booking. For an urgent school pickup change, call the school office and your confirmed Veloura contact directly.

Memberships & ride offers

Ask us to check your eligible savings before payment. One offer per booking; discounts apply only to eligible base fares and are shown on your Shopify invoice. View membership plans and full offer terms.

For a round trip, include the return date, pickup time and addresses in Trip details above. School routes and custom quotes are excluded unless your written quote expressly includes an offer. A discount selection does not establish eligibility.

Payment through Shopify

After your trip and fare are confirmed, we send a secure Shopify checkout link. Split payments are arranged through separate Shopify invoices for each payer’s agreed share. This form does not collect payment.

School pickup & release details

Complete this section for school requests. These details support verification; they are not proof that a school or guardian has approved a release.

Before a student is released

  1. Veloura contacts the guardian using the established contact record and confirms the request with the school through an independently verified school contact.
  2. The school confirms the approved pickup adult or driver, the effective date and time, and its required identification and release procedure.
  3. Veloura records the approval and confirms the arrangement. The school retains control of student release under its own policy.

If any detail cannot be verified, the requested change remains unapproved. The current approved arrangement stays in place.

Do not include birth dates, Social Security numbers, identity documents or medical records. Privacy policy.

Add your confirmed ride to your calendar

Use the details from your Veloura Privé confirmation. This tool creates a calendar reminder only. It does not request, confirm, or change a reservation.

Open the downloaded file and choose Add in Calendar. For a round trip, the file contains two pickup reminders, with pickup and drop-off reversed for the return. These are pickup times, not reserved trip-duration blocks.

Your entries stay in this browser and the downloaded file until you open a Google Calendar link, which sends those ride details to Google. On Android, open each Google Calendar link, review the event, choose your reminder alert, and tap Save. Google Calendar links use a 15-minute pickup reminder block, not the full ride duration. No automatic calendar sync is connected. If the confirmed schedule changes, edit or remove the old calendar entry before importing a new one.
